Our Chairman Prof. Dr. Muharrem Kılıç participated in the meeting on “the Role and Functions of National Human Rights Institutions Operating in Armed Conflicts” held in Brussels, Belgium, between 29-30 October. 
In the meeting, where many national human rights institution representatives were present, the national human rights institutions that experienced armed conflict in their countries or witnessed this situation in neighbouring countries and representatives of international human rights organizations, especially UN officials, shared information and experiences on the subject.
In the meeting, our Chairman Prof. Dr. Muharrem Kılıç made a speech and shared the experiences of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye with the participants.
