The HREIT Delegation headed by the Board Member Ünal SADE conducted an unannounced visit to Samsun Mental Health and Diseases Hospital part of its national preventive mechanism mandate on October 16-17, 2024. During the visit, information was first obtained from the authority of the center. Afterwards the delegation made observations and examinations by interviewing those who are deprived of their liberties and the personnel in charge. As a result of visit and interviews, a report containing the findings and recommendations regarding the examinations will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and public.
