The “Commission for Investigation of Violations of Rights and War Crimes Committed by Israel in Palestine within the Context of International Law and Humanitarian Law” established within our Institution, with the support of an academic committee which is consist of 11 academician, prepared the “Human Rights Violations in Palestine and Gaza Genocide Report”.
The aforementioned Report consists of five sections, and the Report addresses the historical and theological background of Israel’s occupation and aggression in Palestine, Israel’s occupation of Palestine and violations of international law, Israel’s attacks on Gaza in terms of pre-war law and intra-war law, the reasons for the silence on Gaza in the global world, and the ideological and economic context of the genocide.
In the conclusion section of the report, concrete suggestions were presented to remind the international community of their responsibilities towards Israel in the upcoming process and to show what needs to be done. The report reveals the human rights violations in Palestine and indicates the nature of the correct language to be used and the mechanisms to be established for the construction of a new order, the framework of global cooperation to be developed and the correct use of the energy generated in this area.
